Composites Technician United Autosports – Full Time | Multi-Programme Role | Factory & Trackside

As a Composites Technician at United Autosports, you will work across the full breadth of the business — supporting Hypercar, LMP2, GT3 and historic programmes.

You will be responsible for repairing, preparing and finishing composite components that directly impact performance, reliability and presentation.

This is a hands‑on role where quality matters — but so does speed, adaptability and professionalism.

• Carrying out structural and cosmetic composite repairs.
• Trimming, drilling and finishing components to specification.
• Supporting multiple programmes with differing requirements and timelines.
• Assisting with trackside repairs where required.
• Working closely with mechanics and engineers on fitment and integration.
• Maintaining materials, tools and a clean working environment.
• Supporting development components and special projects.

• Strong composites experience (motor sport, aerospace or similar).
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Calmness and reliability under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to support travel when required.

Composite components are critical to performance, reliability and presentation across every programme we run.
