An established AJ100 national architectural practice with multiple offices across the UK is seeking an ambitious and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technician / Technologist to join its growing Wakefield team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across a range of sectors and has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality architectural solutions to a long-standing client base. With projects located nationwide, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and experienced team environment while taking ownership of project responsibilities and contributing to the successful delivery of schemes from technical design through to completion.

Daily Duties
Produce and develop detailed technical design information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
Prepare, update and issue comprehensive working drawing packages
Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and the wider design team
Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings
Liaise directly with main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and construction-related queries
Support the delivery of high-quality projects within agreed timescales and budgets
Manage and coordinate smaller-scale projects where required
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
Several years job running and post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
Experience attending site meetings and managing smaller-scale projects
Revit is essential
Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel to projects across the UK
Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work
