Position: BIM Revit/ CAD technician
Revit MEP / CAD / BIM Technician – London Salary: £35,000–£45,000 Join a well-established lighting design consultancy delivering distinctive projects across hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage, retail, residential, exterior spaces, events, galleries and exhibitions. From minimalist architectural environments to richly decorative interiors, no two projects are the same. Working with an international client base, the studio collaborates with leading architects and designers from around the world.

The opportunity There is an immediate opening for a skilled and enthusiastic CAD and Revit MEP Technician to join the London studio. What you’ll do Working closely with the lighting designers, you’ll produce lighting layouts, lighting-control channel layouts and lighting-integration details in AutoCAD or Revit MEP. You’ll also prepare accompanying lighting-control channel schedules in Microsoft Excel. What you’ll bring
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D and Revit MEP
• Experience drafting lighting or electrical layouts in Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach

Desirable Experience using the “control panel” function in Revit MEP to generate lighting-control channels. Location Based in the company’s South East London studio, with extensive facilities for lighting and controls mock-ups and test installations.
