Park Green Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our long-established, successful, and highly supportive practice in South Kirkby, Pontefract.

As a Personal Medical Services (PMS) practice serving approximately 11,000 patients, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a spacious, modern surgery. We offer excellent continuity of care, a collaborative working environment, and a strong commitment to developing integrated services across our local community through active involvement within our Primary Care Network (PCN).

Main Duties of the Post

As a Salaried GP, you will work as an autonomous practitioner providing comprehensive medical services to the practice population. You will deliver high-quality clinical care in line with the PMS contract and uphold the standards set out in the General Medical Council's Good Medical Practice guidance.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care.
• Manage a varied and rewarding caseload within a supportive team environment.
• Contribute to the effective management and continuous development of the practice.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
• Support the achievement of quality improvement and patient outcome objectives.
• Lead by example, fostering positive working relationships across the practice.
