About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our enhanced mainstream KS2 provision, supporting pupils with complex needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will contribute to planning and adapting activities, implement strategies to support communication and emotional regulation, and promote the wellbeing, engagement, and progress of each pupil. This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse and complex needs.
