Position: Reception Teacher (Temporary, Part Time)
Provide Education is looking for passionate and committed Reception Teachers to work with our partner primary schools across Wakefield. Whether you’re an experienced Primary Teacher, or an ECT eager to start your teaching journey, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom and support the early development of young learners in Early Years.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Eraly Years framework
Foster a supportive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Assess, track and report on pupils progress and development
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and senior leadership
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching within reception
Strong classroom management and communications skills
A passions for early years teaching & learning
Ability to motivate and encourage active participation among KS1 pupils
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one)
