Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short- and long-term contracts. • Creating and implementing lesson plans
• Managing the classroom in accordance to policies and procedures of the school
• Marking work and providing constructive feedback to students
• Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Have great knowledge of the British Curriculum (Essential)
• Experience working with Primary school children (Essential)
• Have a DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to obtain one
• Commitment to safeguarding students (Essential)
• Drive and have access to a vehicle (Desirable)
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion to empower young people (Essential)
