The role is based across Hall Cliffe School and Hall Cliffe Primary School in Wakefield (~4 miles apart). The school is housed in a stunning listed building, and the pupils are at the centre of everything with support for ADHD, autism, and SEMH needs.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people. You will also provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.
Qualifications- Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
- Specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
- Experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
- Confident, engaging and effective leader, model, guide, trainer.
- Highly organised and ready to take initiative.
- Committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
