Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a primary school setting? Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in schools throughout Wakefield.
This role is perfect for experienced TAs or those looking to gain classroom experience in a flexible role.
The Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Support pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
Patient, proactive, and reliable approach
A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not required)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
