Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking for a nurturing school environment? We are seeking an inspiring EYFS / Nursery Teacher to join a friendly, well-respected Infant school. This long-term position will begin immediately after the February school holidays and is confirmed for at least one full school term, with strong potential for extension.
The RoleAs the successful EYFS / Nursery Teacher, you will:
- Take full classroom responsibility within a collaborative Early Years team
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate teaching in line with EYFS best practice
- Create imaginative, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and independence
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a creative, child-centred Early Years setting and values the importance of early childhood development.

To be considered for this EYFS / Nursery Teacher role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience working within EYFS (Nursery experience desirable)
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early learning pedagogy
- The ability to plan and deliver creative, high-quality learning opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, reliable, and passionate approach to Early Years education
