Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as directed by class teachers.
- Deliver targeted small-group interventions to enhance progress and engagement.
- Observe, record, and monitor pupil development to support tailored learning plans.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of creative, stimulating classroom activities.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain classroom resources to support effective learning.
- Use a calm, supportive approach to help manage challenging behaviour positively.
- Confidently step in to lead the class where required, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- A relevant qualification in Early Years, KS1, or KS2 education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
- Confident behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
