The Role: EYFS / Nursery Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking for a nurturing school environment? We are seeking an inspiring EYFS / Nursery Teacher to join a friendly, well-respected Infant school.

This long-term position will begin immediately after the Easter school holidays and is confirmed for at least one full school term
, with strong potential for extension on a full-time basis

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Take full classroom responsibility within a collaborative Early Years team
• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching in line with EYFS best practice
• Create imaginative, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a creative, child-centred EYFS setting and values the importance of early childhood development.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within EYFS (Nursery experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early learning pedagogy
• The ability to plan creative, high-quality learning opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, reliable approach and a genuine passion for Early Years education
