This is a full-time, Headteacher role, based in Wakefield. The Headteacher will lead the school with strategic vision, ensuring outstanding achievement and well-being for all pupils. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development, promoting pedagogy excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and maintaining strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the local community. The Headteacher will manage and inspire staff teams, ensuring professional development opportunities and innovative teaching practices.
Additionally, they will monitor school performance, uphold operational and safeguarding standards, and actively contribute to the broader goals of the Inspire Partnership Multi-Academy Trust.
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy to design, implement, and evaluate effective and inclusive learning programs
- Demonstrated skills in Education and Educational Leadership with experience managing teams and fostering a positive school culture
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with staff, students, parents, and the broader community
- Proven ability to lead strategically, with a focus on achieving high academic and personal outcomes for students
- Relevant qualifications such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a senior leadership role within an educational setting
- Commitment to child safeguarding and well-being, along with thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and policies
