About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants with a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate. You will be joining progressive nurseries that champion:
Child-led learning: Practitioners engage at the child's level, supporting discovery through meaningful interactions.
Free-flow environments: Children enjoy continuous access between indoor and outdoor provision throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting children's development through play, exploration, and purposeful interactions
- Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with a passionate team of Early Years professionals
- Encouraging independence, creativity, emotional wellbeing, and positive relationships
- Contributing to high-quality care and early education across the setting
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
- Genuine enthusiasm for Early Years education and child development
- Experience with in child-led settings or a strong interest in the Curiosity Approach
- Flexible, caring, and proactive working style
