ICT Teacher

PK Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and resilient ICT Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Wakefield area. This is a full‑time position starting ASAP, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a welcoming school environment with a strong and supportive culture.

The school is looking for a committed teacher who can deliver engaging ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 while maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

• Teaching ICT to KS3 and KS4 students
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons that support student progress
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching ICT within secondary schools
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A resilient, patient, and nurturing approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel and occasional school‑related visits may be required.

£180 - £230 per day
