, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

• Have experience or knowledge of trauma‑informed practice or therapeutic behaviour support
• Are Team‑Teach trained (or experienced in similar behaviour support approaches)
• Have a calm, patient, and empathetic nature
• Feel confident supporting behaviour in a positive and consistent way
• Genuinely care about helping young people thrive

• Supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
  , offering tailored, meaningful support
• Helping the class teacher create a structured, nurturing, and safe learning environment
• Encouraging emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement with learning
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and external professionals
