: £140 - £220 per day (depending on experience)

Next Gen Teachers are currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield, for September 2026 starts.

These full-time opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and would suit teachers with a strong interest or background in supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs, within mainstream primary settings.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Differentiate learning to support pupils with a range of SEN needs
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with SEND staff, teaching assistants and senior leaders
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategies
  • Plan, prepare and assess pupils’ work in line with school expectations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN within a mainstream or specialist setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, patient and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
