You will be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Your core duty is to support their learning, develop their abilities, foster self‑esteem and be resilient and dedicated. You will act as a trauma‑informed practitioner, keeping the environment safe and creating trusting relationships with students. You may need to adapt lessons to accommodate gaps in education and achieve outcomes for all.
