Salary (Actual Salary): £13.90 Per Hour

Working Pattern:
Casual (as and when required)

We are seeking a conscientious, reliable individual to support the vital examination process within our academy. The Exam Invigilator will work as part of a team supervising pupils taking school and external examinations, ensuring all examinations are conducted in strict accordance with legal and school requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the exam room and manage the distribution and collection of exam papers.
  • Admit and quietly seat candidates, maintaining efficient timekeeping.
  • Deal calmly with minor behaviour issues and be prepared to escort candidates in an emergency.
  • Ensure a fair and compliant environment for all students, upholding the integrity of the examinations.
Qualifications
  • Reliable, conscientious, and flexible with a good standard of education.
  • Prior school experience is welcome but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, calm and self‑confident demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and maintain good organisational standards.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection is required.
