Maths Teacher

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Wakefield, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher on a long-term basis. This welcoming school is committed to creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full academic potential while developing confidence and independence.

The school is looking to take on a driven Maths Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 / KS3 students on a full-time, long-term contract. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons, maintaining high classroom standards and supporting students to make strong academic progress.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Maths specialism

• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting

• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 / KS3

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• A positive can-do attitude
