Overview

Teaching Assistant – SEND

£93–£115 per day (based on experience & a bit of sparkle)

Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours – flexible schedule for work-life balance. School holidays to spend with your family.

What to expect
  • You will be working in small class sizes of 6-9 pupils.
  • Regular communication and support from a collaborative team.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with both primary and secondary age groups, providing variety in your role.
  • You will be working with colleagues who are committed to the journey and not just along for the ride.
Your typical day might include
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to support students.
  • Assisting students with learning and promoting confidence in their abilities.
  • Keeping the classroom organised, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Developing your knowledge and skills in SEND through on-the-job experience and free CPD opportunities.

  • You possess (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS for Child & Adult Workforce.
