Yorkshire and Humber/ contract / £90 - 105 per day

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Dewsbury that is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The school encourages students to achieve their best through high-quality education, strong pastoral care and a positive school culture. The school is looking to appoint a Secondary LSA on a long-term basis from September. The successful Secondary LSA will provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting students with their learning, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged across a variety of subject areas.

• Provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Assist students with their learning and promote positive behaviour
• Work alongside teaching staff to keep pupils engaged across a variety of subject areas

• Experience supporting students within a UK secondary school
• Experience working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to support students with a range of learning needs
• A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no admin charges coming out of your pay.
