We're recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join a welcoming Primary School setting in Leeds supporting children throughout their education.

• FREE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE)
• Clear progression to Level 4 HLTA
• Full mentoring and support from Engage Education
• Practical, school-based training designed for EYFS or primary school settings

• Support children 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning
• Help manage behaviour and engagement
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Assist with lesson preparation, activities, and learning resources

This role is ideal for:

• Aspiring Early Years practitioners, Teaching Assistants or teachers

No school experience required - just the right attitude.

• Commitment to an 11-month apprenticeship
• GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4+ preferred
• Not currently enrolled on another government-funded course
