New Directions Education Ltd is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Workers in the Wakefield area to provide targeted behavioural support in KS3/KS4 settings. You will use de‑escalation strategies and trauma‑informed approaches to help pupils regulate emotions and build resilience.
You'll work both 1:1 and in small groups, building strong relationships to promote safety and engagement, while recording incidents and sharing progress with pastoral teams and external professionals.
