As an Art & DT Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Art and Design Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and achievement.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress in line with school policies.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Contribute to departmental enrichment activities, exhibitions, and creative projects.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and student success.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Art and/or Design Technology within a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for creative education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire students of all abilities.
