Masterclass Education is partnering with a wide range of specialist schools and alternative education settings across South Yorkshire, recruiting talented teachers for the 2026/2027 academic year.
We are currently recruiting teachers across all key stages and subject specialisms, with opportunities available for both experienced SEN professionals and teachers looking to transition into specialist education.

We're Looking For Teachers Who Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching any key stage or subject (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
* The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Patience, resilience and a flexible approach to teaching
* A good understanding of the National Curriculum
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous SEN or specialist education experience
* Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton or similar
