Cover Supervisor

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School in Wakefield. The school is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor who can provide effective classroom cover and maintain a positive learning environment for students.

The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor for part-time, day-to-day supply cover starting ASAP. The successful Cover Supervisor will work across KS3 and KS4, covering a range of different subjects, delivering pre-planned work and ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with students across KS3 and KS4

• Experience covering lessons across a range of different subjects

• Strong classroom management skills

• Confidence delivering pre-planned work and managing student behaviour

• Excellent communication skills

• A flexible and adaptable approach
