Behaviour Support Worker – Wakefield
Location: Wakefield
Role: Behaviour Support
Contract: Flexible supply, short-term and long-term opportunities
Pay: £92.63 - £120 per day (Depending on qualifacations and experience)

Protocol Education is recruiting confident and resilient Behaviour Support Workers to work across schools and alternative provisions in Wakefield.
The Role- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support
- Help pupils develop coping and regulation strategies
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams
- Support pupils to access education successfully
We're interested in hearing from people with experience in education, youth work, care, sports coaching, residential settings, SEMH or behaviour support

- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
