• Competitive daily pay of £92 - £105 (dependent on experience)

• School hours of 8:15am - 3:30pm (may vary)

• Enhanced DBS support where required
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant

• Provide dedicated one-to-one support to pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Deliver personalised learning and intervention programmes
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
• Monitor and record pupil progress
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure pupils receive the support they need
• Support small group activities when appropriate
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

• Have experience supporting children with SEN
• Have previous experience working within a primary school setting
• Hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Possess SEN-related training or qualifications (advantageous)
• Have knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
• Be passionate about helping children achieve their potential
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare

• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• Adaptable and proactive in their approach
• Confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
