We are searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, patience, and strong teamwork to our school:

• Qualified or Aspiring: Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2/3) or a university degree are a plus, but a genuine passion for youth support is key.

• Passion for Learning: Capability to support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4) pupils across a range of subject areas.

• Inclusive & Supportive: A committed champion for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and individual pupil progress.
