Salary (Actual Salary): £25,693.38 to £26,539.62.

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, term time plus five days. Permanent.

Start Date: 18 January 2027.

Are you dedicated to transforming the educational outcomes for vulnerable students through bespoke support pathways?

Join us as a PLC Coordinator, where you will lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning.
