Outwood Grange Academy is seeking a dedicated PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre. The role focuses on identifying and delivering targeted courses and intervention strategies for diverse student cohorts, working with multiple agencies to modernise support pathways.
You will mentor students, remove barriers to learning, and contribute to ongoing professional development. The post is based at the Wakefield campus, with a 37-hour week during term time plus five days.
