Wakefield Office
£55k - £65k
Join a growing team delivering retail projects across the UK. Based in Yorkshire with national site visits as required.
Responsibilities- Manage the mechanical and electrical commercial delivery from pre‑contract to final account
- Control costs, valuations, and variations
- Visit sites to support delivery
- Experienced in mechanical and electrical quantity surveying / estimating (retail preferred)
- Organised, proactive, and confident
- Comfortable travelling nationally
