Head of Design & Engineering Leadership

A growing engineering and manufacturing business in Wakefield is looking for a Head of Design to lead an established design function. This senior role involves managing a small team of design engineers and overseeing the design and delivery of high-value products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical design background, team management experience, and proficiency in Solidworks. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

The position offers a salary range of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
