As a
** Planner**, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules to keep everything on track.
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team, working on exciting projects while making a real difference.
** What You’ll Be Doing*
* ** Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation** – Create and manage detailed schedules, define project milestones, and ensure resources are used effectively.
** Schedule Monitoring & Control** – Track project progress, analyse performance data, and identify potential bottlenecks.
** Reporting & Communication** – Provide clear, insightful reports (Gantt charts, S-curves, histograms) and keep stakeholders informed.
** Risk Management** – Identify scheduling risks, conduct “what-if” scenario analyses, and propose mitigation strategies.
** Process Improvement** – Implement best practices, drive continuous improvements, and provide training on planning tools.

* Experience:
** In project planning & scheduling within utilities, construction, or infrastructure.
** Technical
Skills:
** Proficiency in street works legislation, advanced MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
** Analytical & Organisational Abilities:
** Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
** Communication &
Collaboration:
** Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for teams and stakeholders.
