Taylor Wimpey is seeking an experienced civil/structural engineer to provide support across development stages from viability through to procurement of technical consents. You will liaise with NHBC, manage consultants for roads, sewers, and foundation work, and ensure designs meet standards and are cost-effective.
The role requires a degree in engineering (RICS/ICE accreditation preferred), extensive experience in house building, and strong AutoCAD/PDS/Microdrainage skills.
