Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join one of the UK’s most respected building services contractors?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a major national MEP contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical installations across a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to strengthen their West Yorkshire team with the appointment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role offers a genuine blend of site, home and office working, with travel to projects across the UK as required. While national travel forms part of the role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working when not on site.

Typical projects include:

* Commercial office developments

* Industrial and manufacturing facilities

* Education projects

* Healthcare schemes

* Public sector developments

* Leisure and mixed-use developments

You’ll Be Responsible For

* Managing mechanical building services projects from start to completion

* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

* Managing procurement, programmes and project costs

* Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

* Working closely with commercial and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

We’re Looking For

* Mechanical Project Management experience with an MEP contractor

* Strong mechanical building services knowledge

* Experience delivering commercial building services projects

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple live projects

* Willingness to travel nationally when required

* Full UK driving licence

Salary & Package

* £55,000 - £65,000
