The Role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Working closely with production and the wider engineering team, you'll carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a wide range of production machinery.

* Respond quickly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime.

* Diagnose faults using a systematic approach and implement effective repairs.

* Maintain and repair conveyors, robotics, automated production lines, and associated machinery.

* Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded and follow-up actions are completed.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety across the site.

* Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve equipment issues and optimise machine performance.

* Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and commissioning of new equipment where required.

* Provide technical guidance and basic operator training to help improve machine reliability and reduce recurring faults.
