1. You'll build the finance function your way You won't be inheriting a static setup - you'll improve reporting, strengthen processes, modernise month‑end, and push automation forward. Real ownership, real influence.

2. You'll become a commercial voice in the business You'll work alongside Operations, Marketing, and Data/BI - analysing digital marketing ROI, driving manufacturing efficiency, improving margin insight, and supporting strategic decisions. • Lead management accounts, cashflow, balance sheet
