Finance Assistant – 6 Month Fixed Term - Immediate Start
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong finance background who can support day-to-day financial operations in a fast‑paced environment and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Processing invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
- Supporting month‑end and reporting processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Managing finance inbox queries
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role is essential
- Confident using Excel and finance systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Able to work independently and support a busy finance function
