You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial, statutory and management reporting that supports the Financial Controller and drives key decisions across the Board. As part of a high-performing finance team, you’ll gain exposure across the business, contribute to process improvements, and help shape best-in-class financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce full monthly management accounts, insightful reporting and supporting analysis
- Own the balance sheet including fixed asset register and monthly reconciliations
- Partner with Senior Management and wider finance teams, providing analysis and reporting versus forecast
- Present clear, concise financial data to stakeholders at all levels
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory accounts and group reporting
- Act as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth year-end and audit process
- Support corporate tax submissions and other statutory returns
- Contribute to annual planning and reforecasting activities
- Drive improvements and automation across processes
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team to enhance capability
- Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
- Strong experience producing management accounts and supporting analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to challenge and influence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Gravitas, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
