We are looking for a Care Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team.

• To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve personal goals, respecting uniqueness and supporting informed choices as per person‑centred care plans.
• Promote health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively. Facilitate social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits, walks, and other chosen activities.
• Ensure health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parkland’s policies and procedures.
