About the Role
We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to empower adults with learning disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives in Wakefield. We believe in recognizing and nurturing our clients’ strengths, abilities, and personal resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing respectful care, practical and emotional support, maximizing social opportunities and community engagement, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, and collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
