Location: Bronx, New York

Department: NUR - 7 South PSY

Work Shift: Day (Alternate weekends)

Schedule: 8 AM – 4 PM (7.5 hrs/day)

Hourly Rate: $28.11

• Participate in crisis and de‑escalation interventions, therapeutic observations, patient supervision, and other behavioral health‑related duties under the direction of an RN and/or Physician.
• Implement seclusion or restraints for patients as deemed necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for patients.
• Assist with dietary care, answer phone calls, transport patients, and support visitors.

• High School diploma or G.E.D (required).
• Two years of full‑time experience in nursing or psychiatric/behavioral health care in a high‑volume, intensive care environment (required).
• Certified to perform vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and blood glucose monitoring (required).
• Successful completion of an appropriate training program in the application and use of restraints and seclusion (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
