At Millennium we support vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. We support people in a person-centred and positive way, in line with the Positive Behaviour Support Model. • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs that display behaviours of distress.
• Help people gain life skills at home and in the community.
• Work in a team (2:1 support ratio) to deliver tailored support plans.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate support records.
• Empower individuals to engage in hobbies and interests.

• £14 per hour salary.
