Croft Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Community Care Assistants to join our growing team in Wakefield and the surrounding areas including Normanton, Castleford, Pontefract, Featherstone, and Knottingley
.

During Probation:

• Weekdays: £12.50 per hour
• Weekends: £13.00 per hour

After Successful Probation:

• Weekdays: £12.60 per hour
• Weekends: £13.20 per hour

Additional Benefits:

• Travel time paid at £12.21 per hour
• 45p per mile mileage allowance

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Must be able to work over 20 hours per week
• Alternate weekend availability is essential

• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must have your own vehicle
• Previous care experience is essential (including personal experience)
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light household duties
• Promoting independence and dignity at all times

You will play a vital role in helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
