Overview
Pathway & Landlord Liaison Co-Ordinator, Wakefield. Salary £26,994 - £29,498 per annum. Full Time 37.5 Hours per week. Permanent. .
Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and manage referrals, assessments, allocations, and moves into accommodation. Work closely with the Single Point of Access (SPOA), local service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth transitions for clients.
- Source and maintain relationships with landlords, helping to increase access to private and social rented housing, and ensure that accommodation meets a minimum standard for clients.
- A person with an understanding of risk management, property standards and health and safety within housing services.
- Someone with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including via digital channels and social media where appropriate.
- A person with experience of working in supported housing, homelessness services or a related housing environment.
