Female Support Workers – Supported Living Service

Our Supported Living Service in Hemsworth, WF9 is seeking 2 female support workers to provide support to our residents.

Entitlement under a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

Shift: mix of days and nights.

• £13.12 per hour
• No uniform – wear casual clothes

• Provide person‑centred support to residents, encouraging independence and participation in daily activities such as community events, sports and recreational outings.
• Support residents with daily personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation and assistance with shopping and travel.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care plans and incidents.
• Work with the core background team to deliver 24/7 support, including overnight shifts.
• Promote and facilitate residents’ engagement with local community resources and activities.

• Preferred:
  Full UK driving licence.
