• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences

Located with easy links to Leeds and Wakefield, Lofthouse Grange & Lodge is a modern home specialising in the care of older people, with the Grange providing 24hr residential care for 31 residents and the Lodge providing round‑the‑clock dementia care for 57 residents. Orchard Care Homes has been providing care for older people for over 15 years.
