Female Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs one of our Care Assistants, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support clients with medication
- Prepare meals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
- Work closely with clients, their families and the wider Radfield team
- Maintain accurate care records

Working PatternWe have a range of permanent opportunities available, including full-time and part-time positions.
To provide continuity for our clients, all Care Professionals work a two-week rolling rota.
Full-Time Working Pattern- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Shifts start at 7:00am and finish at approximately 10:00pm
, with around a 2-hour break during the day.
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- The role alternates between mornings and evenings on a two-week rota:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening shifts: Start between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, finishing between 10:00pm and 10:30pm.
We're looking for compassionate, reliable people who can commit to these working patterns and help provide consistent, high-quality care to our clients.
Essential RequirementsPlease only apply if you:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Have daily access to your own vehicle
- Can work a mixture of shifts, including mornings or evenings and alternate weekends
- Are female due to specific client requirements
- Have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
