Female Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

As one of our Care Assistants, you will:

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support clients with medication
• Prepare meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage independence
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
• Work closely with clients, their families and the wider Radfield team
• Maintain accurate care records

We have a range of permanent opportunities available, including full-time and part-time positions.

To provide continuity for our clients, all Care Professionals work a two-week rolling rota.

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Shifts start at 7:00am and finish at approximately 10:00pm
  , with around a 2-hour break during the day.

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• The role alternates between mornings and evenings on a two-week rota:
  • Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • Evening shifts: Start between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, finishing between 10:00pm and 10:30pm.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable people who can commit to these working patterns and help provide consistent, high-quality care to our clients.

Please only apply if you:

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Have daily access to your own vehicle
• Can work a mixture of shifts, including mornings or evenings and alternate weekends
• Are female due to specific client requirements
• Have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
